EYEGASMS OS is in development and not live. This page shows how text-message consent works in the product. The screens use sample data.

What we send

• A one-time code when you sign in with your mobile number.
• Confirmations, reminders and change or cancellation notices for an appointment you booked, if you chose to get them.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you agree

There are two places you can give us a mobile number. Each shows this wording before anything is sent.

Sign-in

By tapping Continue, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text message from EYEGASMS at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Booking an appointment

Text me confirmations, reminders and changes for this appointment from EYEGASMS. Message frequency varies by appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The booking checkbox starts unticked. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or of buying anything; you can book without it.

What the messages look like

• EYEGASMS: Your sign-in code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Don't share it with anyone.
• EYEGASMS: You're booked with Marcus Reyes on Thu, Oct 15 at 2:00 PM. Change or cancel: eyegasms.com/b/marcus-reyes Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• EYEGASMS: Reminder: your appointment with Marcus Reyes is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies: one code each time you sign in, and usually two to four messages per appointment. EYEGASMS does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Stopping, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop appointment texts from this number. Reply HELP for help, or email concierge@eyegasms.com. After STOP you will get one message confirming it, and no more appointment texts unless you opt in again.

Your number

We use your mobile number only to deliver these messages. We do not sell it, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the privacy policy and terms.
