What this site collects

• What you type into a form: name, email, optional phone, specialty, preferences, portfolio links and messages.
• Which form you used, which location you chose, the page you sent it from, and when.
• Anonymous usage events (for example, that a comparison was opened). These never include what you typed.

What it never asks for

Client lists, medical or health information, identity documents, financial details or earnings.

How it's used

To answer your inquiry and manage residency, audition and Guest Stage conversations. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the separate, optional box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who can see it

Only authorized EYEGASMS team members and the service providers that run the site and deliver messages for us: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email routing) and Formspree (receives form submissions and emails them to our team). We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information. Email concierge@eyegasms.com with the subject “Privacy request” and we'll take it from there.

Residents' client data

Residents' own client records are theirs. EYEGASMS does not copy them into brand marketing.
