This website describes EYEGASMS residencies, which are in development. Descriptions of spaces, amenities and features show their stated status (planned, in development, available). Nothing on this site is an offer to lease, a reservation or a guarantee of availability, income or client traffic.

Except for the founder's portrait, images and films on this site are AI-generated illustrations of the planned experience, as noted at the bottom of every page. They do not show real people, residents, clients or a completed building.

Independent professionals

Residents and Guest Stage professionals are independent businesses. Services, prices and cancellation terms are theirs.
