Houston, Washington Corridor. Planned for summer 2027. Follow the build

The lobby is not where people wait.

It's where something is happening. Arrival, conversation, product, music and art all share the room, and appointments are one reason among several to be here.
The lobby in the late afternoon: a crystal chandelier over jewel-toned velvet seating, friends laughing and taking a photo, styling stations glowing through an arch.

One room, three moods.

The lobby in the morning: sun catching a crystal chandelier, early guests with coffee on a violet velvet banquette, a host at the walnut bar.

Arrival, coffee, the first chair of the day.

Quieter connection while residents set up. Low sun, low volume.

Mood never changes operating hours. Workspace lighting stays accurate whatever the Lounge is doing.

The shared spaces.

What each space is for, in plain terms. Each location page shows which of these it actually has.

  • The Bar

    Arrival, check-in and a hair-care bar.

EYEGASMIC products line the shelves behind the bar. Your concierge works it like a bartender, curating a personal care plan and pouring out exactly what your hair needs.

EYEGASMIC is our own professional product line. Residents can sell it and earn commission.

The Bar: a host with platinum braids welcomes two arriving guests at a curved walnut and onyx counter, glowing product shelves behind.
  • The Lounge

    Conversation, waiting-that-isn't-waiting and social programming.

Somewhere to land before an appointment and linger after one. Music, art on the walls, and the occasional evening program.

Taking part is optional. Public access follows the posted hours.

The lobby in the late afternoon: a crystal chandelier over jewel-toned velvet seating, friends laughing and taking a photo, styling stations glowing through an arch.
  • The Rinse

    Shared shampoo and wash stations.

Dedicated wash stations that residents share, so suites don't have to give up room to a sink.

Booking, access rules and which services can use it will be set per location before opening.

The Rinse: a stylist rinses a relaxed client's coily hair at a row of black basins set in travertine.
  • The Set

Shared processing and hooded dryer stations.

Settle in while your color develops or your style sets, and keep the chair in your suite free for the next client.

Shared processing and dryer stations for residents.

The Set: a woman in rollers reads a book under a steel hooded dryer.

Backstage.

Resident-only. Each space keeps its own job, and the name appears only where the facility exists.

  • Backstage

    The resident-only support zone.

Everything behind the performance. Each Backstage space below keeps its own purpose.

An umbrella name. The spaces inside it have separate functions.

  • The Green Room

The resident lounge: break space with onsite laundry.

A door that closes on the day for twenty minutes. Somewhere to eat, sit, reset and throw in a load.

    Resident-only. Catering is not included.

The Green Room: four colleagues share lunch and laugh around a walnut table in front of steel lockers.
  • The Dressing Room

    Changing, lockers and preparation.

Change, store your bag and prepare before you walk on.

The name is used only where these facilities exist.

  • Backstage Laundry

Towel service and onsite laundry, included.

Fresh towels on hand, and laundry machines in the resident lounge, so nothing leaves in your car.

    Included in residency.

  • The Prop Room

EYEGASMIC supply vending, around the clock.

Out of neck strips at 8 p.m.? The EYEGASMS vending machine stocks the everyday supplies residents run out of: neck strips, razor blades, color, combs and more, branded EYEGASMIC.

Pay per item. Stock and pricing confirmed before opening.

Art on every wall.

Each location commissions local artists, and black-and-white portraiture anchors the program: people with presence, of every age and background.

Artists will be credited by name once commissions are confirmed. EYEGASMIC products may appear at The Bar when available. Our story.
