2. Portfolio reviewA person looks at your work: craftsmanship, consistency, range.
3. ConversationHow you run your business, how you treat clients, and how you'd share a lounge with other residents.
4. TourWalk the space when it can be toured. Until then, we'll walk you through the plans.
5. ProposalTerms, inclusions and your studio or MainStage format, in writing.
6. ResidencyYou sign when the terms are right for your business. Not before.
